With 28 months of ageing, this is a structured Reserva cava. Its fine carbonic gives a distinctive freshness but the true key of the product is in its origin: mostly old macabeu vines conducted under a cared viticulture to deliver low yields of a high quality grape.

 

The result is probably one of the most Mediterranean sparkling wines, so nicely vinous that is a natural companion to any meals. Not just fish and paellas but also rich stews. Notice its pleasant citric nuances and tasty persistence. What a power, what an experience.
